- 1 2# Schmidt's Meat Market Ham Loaf
- 6 Tbls brown sugar
- 1 Tbls vinegar
- 1 Tbls mustard

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350⁰.
- Remove top of package.
- Put on foil lined baking sheet to eliminate runoff from the glaze, which will be added later.
- Bake for 1-1.5 hours depending on whether the ham loaf was thawed before baking or frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 160⁰.
- Mix glaze made up of brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
- 20 - 30 minutes before it's done, remove the ham loaf from oven, spoon the glaze on top of the ham loaf and return to oven.
- Enjoy with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
