- 1 - 4# whole beef tenderloin
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup burgandy cooking wine
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425⁰.
- Place meat in lightly greased, shallow roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake for 425⁰ oven for 10 minutes.
- Combine wine, butter, soy sauce and lemon pepper in small saucepan.
- Cook until mixture is thoroughly heated.
- Pour sauce over tenderloin
- Bake an additional 30-40 minutes at 350⁰ or until meat thermometer reads 140⁰ for rare, 160⁰ for medium.
- Meat can be covered with foil the last 30-40 minutes to eliminate splattering.
