  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰.
  2. Remove top of package.
  3. Put on foil lined baking sheet to eliminate runoff from the glaze, which will be added later.
  4. Bake for 1-1.5 hours depending on whether the ham loaf was thawed before baking or frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 160⁰.
  5. Mix glaze made up of brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
  6. 20 – 30 minutes before it’s done, remove the ham loaf from oven, spoon the glaze on top of the ham loaf and return to oven.
  7. Enjoy with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
