burgandy cooking wine

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425⁰.
Place meat in lightly greased, shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake for 425⁰ oven for 10 minutes.
Combine wine, butter, soy sauce and lemon pepper in small saucepan.
Cook until mixture is thoroughly heated.
Pour sauce over tenderloin
Bake an additional 30-40 minutes at 350⁰ or until meat thermometer reads 140⁰ for rare, 160⁰ for medium.
Meat can be covered with foil the last 30-40 minutes to eliminate splattering.
