If you have purchased a whole hog or a half hog, a beef or portion of a beef from a farmer, you may now complete and submit your cutting instructions here. If you have any questions about the forms, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 507-232-3438.
Due to our staffing shortage and the time needed to take cutting instructions over the phone, we ask that you submit your instructions online. If you do not have access or cannot complete and submit for any reason, you can give us a call at 507-232-3438.
Due Dates:
Cutting instructions for hogs are due the Friday of the same week the hog is being butchered.
Since we age beef 10 – 14 days, cutting instructions for beef are due the Friday of the following week the beef is being butchered.
NEW – if we do not receive the Cutting Instructions by the due date, we WILL NOT call you to get them. Instead, we will cut your hog or beef with “standard” specifications.
